Michael Naccarato is a lifelong resident of Ulster County and joined the Rondout Savings Bank Team in 1995 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Information Technology. He is responsible for all aspects of the bank’s Information Technology and Information Security functions.

He has an Information Security certification from GIAC and attended the Graduate School of Banking where he completed the Bank Technology Management and Bank Technology Security curriculum. He is a graduate of Ulster Leadership and graduated from the Dutchess Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership Program Class of 2022.

Mike serves on the Benedictine Health Foundation Board.
