Jennifer Fabiano joined the Rondout Savings Bank team in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jennifer brings a deep understanding of banking operations, business development, and community relations. As Vice President, Director of Marketing & Retail Sales, she is responsible for overseeing the bank’s marketing initiative, public relations activities; which include the bank’s Dividends to the Community Program that supports not-for-profit organizations in Ulster and Dutchess counties. Jennifer also leads the bank’s merchant services and financial literacy programs while working closely with many area businesses, schools, and not for profits in our community to help them grow and succeed. Jennifer is also responsible for the deposit growth of the retail division and providing sales training.

A life-long resident of the Hudson Valley and active volunteer for several organizations, she has earned the trust of her clients and the community. A 2013 graduate of the Ulster Leadership Development Institute, she serves on the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce Board and is a sustainer of Junior League of Kingston.  She is a past commissioner of the Kingston Parks and Recreation Department.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s in Communications with a concentration in Business Administration from SUNY University at Albany and has completed advanced coursework in Bank Marketing with the American Bankers Association. and holds her CFMP certification.  Jennifer is a graduate of the Dutchess Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership program.  She resides in Kingston, NY with her husband and two daughters.
