Susie Dallies joined the Rondout Savings Bank team in 2001 and was recently appointed to Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. She is responsible for the management of internal audit, compliance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and lending reviews. Prior to being appointed to her current position Susie held the Chief Operating Officer position and in total has over 21 years of banking experience within Rondout Savings Bank.

Susie has her Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication from SUNY New Paltz, her ACH Accredited Profession Certification (AAP), a Wharton Leadership Certificate, and is a graduate of the ABA’s Graduate School of Banking and Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership Program.

Susie is an active member of the community volunteering her time to numerous local organizations including the American Heart Association of Ulster and Dutchess County, the People’s Place Community Board, and Chamber Elementary School PTA.

Susie resides in Kingston with her husband and two children.
